Transparency & Governance

A transparent foundation for an independent cultural ecosystem.

LUMA Kultur is a Swedish non-profit cultural association (ideell förening) based in Stockholm. We believe that trust is created through openness, responsibility and shared values. This page provides an overview of our organisation, governance structure and the principles that guide our work.

LUMA Kultur

LUMA Kultur is an independent cultural association dedicated to creating conditions where people, ideas and creativity can flourish.

The organisation develops cultural projects, artistic collaborations, learning opportunities and community-based initiatives that connect artists, creatives, partners and communities.

LUMA operates as a non-profit organisation where all resources are reinvested into cultural activities and the development of the ecosystem.

People Behind LUMA

LUMA is built by people with experience across culture, art, project development, business, community building and creative production. Together, the board supports the organisation's strategic direction, governance and long-term development.
